My dad sent me this picture today. The pumpkin-headed guy with the front butt is a character my mom makes on the front porch every year. I think his name is Jack. Each year he looks less scary and more like your typical Wal-Mart shopper...but with a pumpkin head. Creeeepy.

My cousin Jessica still looks a bit frightened, though.
